Absolutely. Simply paste a link in your enquiry. Our team will advise on the closest available fabric, finish, and any modifications. We can recreate styles or design something inspired by your reference.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard custom orders take 4–6 weeks. Rush orders may be possible depending on complexity — please mention your required date and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to be in the UK to order?
Not at all. We ship worldwide and work with clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and beyond. Fittings can be arranged virtually via video call, and we’ll guide you through measurements step by step.
What if I’m unsure of my measurements?
Don’t worry — our team will send you a simple guide or schedule a quick WhatsApp video call to walk you through the process. Accurate measurements are key to a perfect fit, and we’re here to help every step of the way.
Can I make changes to an existing Aurrae design?
