Refund policy

We want you to be completely enamored with your AURRAÉ purchase. If a piece does not perfectly meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• Garments must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

• All original designer tags and hygiene liners must still be attached.

• Custom or final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return: To request a return, please contact our client concierge team at returns@aurraeclothing.com with your order number. Upon inspection and approval of your returned garment, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
