At Aurrae Clothing, we are committed to delivering premium quality products with exceptional attention to detail. Every item is carefully inspected throughout production and packaging to ensure it meets our quality standards.

However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, we have outlined the following policy for assistance and resolution.

1. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Exchanges or replacements are only considered if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Any issue regarding a defective, damaged, or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified after processing.


2. CONDITIONS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT CLAIMS

Defective product claims may not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receiving it.

  • Minor differences in color or texture caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items.

  • Items showing signs of use.

Aurrae Clothing reserves the right to approve or reject claims after reviewing the product condition.


3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.

Please note:

  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

4. STORE CREDIT POLICY

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, store credit of the same value may be issued.

  • Store credit is valid for 30 days.

  • No cash refunds will be provided.

  • Cancellation requests after 12 hours will not be accommodated.


5. NON-CANCELLABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and are non-refundable/non-cancelable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Promotional items

  • Orders already processed or shipped


6. EXCHANGE POLICY

Size exchanges may be accepted within 48 hours of delivery, subject to product availability.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

  • International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless an incorrect or defective item was received.

  • International orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Aurrae Clothing reserves the right to refuse repeated unnecessary cancellations or suspicious activity.


7. COLOR & DESIGN DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences.

Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for exchanges or refunds.


8. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes made without a legitimate reason may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

  • Investigation and legal action where applicable

We encourage customers to contact our support team first for any order-related concerns.


9. GENERAL TERMS

  • Aurrae Clothing reserves full discretion over all exchange, replacement, and cancellation requests.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was made by us.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, lost shipments, or customs-related issues caused by third-party shipping providers.

Aurrae Clothing reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
