2. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

UK & International Orders

We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Exchanges or replacements are only considered if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges may be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the item, subject to stock availability.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges unless the mistake was on our side.

  • Customized, made-to-order, sale, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.


4. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement if processing has not yet begun.

Please note:

  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.

  • Orders already processed, prepared, or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Repeated unnecessary cancellations may result in refusal of future orders.

Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks without a valid reason may result in:
